Should you decide to market your property through our firm, with your permission, we can maximize the communication process by contacting potential buyers throughout the world by listing it in every major national net listing service available, including Realtor.com, and throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire through our local MLS service, as well as our own firm's very effective website.

Advertising

Our firm's advertising and marketing budget is one half million dollars per year. We advertise in national and local web services to lead potential Buyers to our website to the benefit of our Homesellers. We also advertise in all of the effective newspapers, magazines and other Real Estate related publications.

Open Houses

With your approval your home can be submitted to the home buying public by conducting well promoted and effective open houses. Our firm has also established a working relationship with all of the major real estate firms throughout New England as well as locally to encourage their co-operation in securing a Buyer for your home.

We think of the sale of your home as a partnership in which good communication is necessary. Our associates are trained and supervised to insure that they will be there for you to answer your questions and to keep you informed as your home is marketed, the sales agreements are signed, and as the transaction process progresses to the closing.

Relocation Assistance

We can provide you with relocation assistance locally or anywhere in the nation or the world. These services are extensive, effective and are offered free through our Relocation Director at our Corporate Headquarters.
