Richard is a lifelong resident of the greater Newburyport area. He has worked in the area for the last 30 years. He has 20 years experience working with condominium associations all over the area. He has worked for the Newport Condo Association for the past 26 years.
Besides holding a real estate license, he also holds a construction supervisor's license, and was awarded the Realtor of the Month award for July, 2010 with Vernon A. Martin, Inc. Realtors.
Married for 26 years to Jody, he has 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
