Patricia Gallagher has been selling real estate in Essex County for over 15 years. She has extensive experience in sales, managing two Vernon A. Martin offices in 12 years, Account Executive for real estate advertising for Essex County Newspapers for 3 years, and now as an associate for the Vernon A. Martin Topsfield office. Patricia lives in Essex in an antique home with her husband, loves antiques, boating, walking, playing piano and writing.
Patricia was one of the first female graduates of St. John's Preparatory School in Danvers, graduating in 1975 when there were only 40 women attending the high school. She continued her education at Mt. Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA.
Since joining Vernon A. Martin, Realtors over 15 years ago, she has been active in the North Shore Association of Realtors as Chairman of the Grievance Committee, has taught the First-Time Homebuyer seminars for Community Teamwork in Gloucester and Salem, and is committed to helping first-time homebuyers' dream of owning a home happen. Patricia has extensive marketing experience from her job at Essex County Newspapers where she handled the real estate advertising for the North Shore Realtors, managed their "Homes Magazine" and was instrumental in coming up with story ideas for their weekly "Home of the Week" article as well as handling the Real Estate News. "Working in advertising gave me a wonderful experience in marketing, but real estate is my first love."
