Phyllis Waldie
|
Phyllis MacVittie Waldie is a graduate of Gordon College with a B.S. degree in elementary education. After having taught public school (4th grade) for a few years, she raised two sons who are now fully grown.
As a licensed Realtor, Phyllis has been selling and listing residential real estate on the North Shore full time since 1985. She is known for her hard work and integrity, treating clients as she herself would like to be treated. Phyllis has worked hard and has enjoyed success in her chosen field. She has consistently been a member of the Bonus Clubs of Vernon A. Martin, Inc., including President's Club, Platinum Club and Gold Club. Phyllis has also been Vernon A. Martin, Inc. "Realtor of the Month", having closed the winning record of monthly sales on numerous occasions. "I have a love and appreciation for people and realize that for both buyer and seller, a home is one of the greatest investments that people will incur in their lifetime."
Phyllis will call you back right away and does not like to keep any of her clients waiting. Again, the Golden Rule applies to her work ethic. Taking the worry out of buying and selling, service is her specialty. As one of her clients wrote, "You've done the impossible again. Thank you."
Phyllis enjoys gardening, cooking, church activities and travelled frequently with her late husband, Jack, having been cross-country twice and to several countries in Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
